1st - If goverment is thinking like this, its an appreciable thought, must be applauded.
2nd - Railway is being made tangible so that any person from any state (Status) can used it properly.
3rd - It's being connected with every part.
4th - log NDLS se chalke HWH tak baithe baith jate hai 12250 (NDLS - HWH YUVA EXP) se. Its parallel to Shatabdi. Aur kam se kam 1500Km ki duri tay krte hai without any problem. So Jaipur and LKO is indeedd a good option I think.
