Raised in PG portal, the demand for separate rake for 18189 and 13351 and running them separately. Here is the response from SER [Image also attached]
• SER has been repeatedly pushing for the same since the last 4 years but it is being rejected by the railway board.
• As this is a genuine demand, they will continue to press and push the demand in future also.

if ser really cares for allpey why not they run full rake biweekly via new route
The existing slip service is being run by SER and is already running daily.......i dont think starting a new train which is bi-weekly will be a favourable option.
Even ECR which managers DHN-Allp [13351/13352] is also raising the same demand. Quiet surprised that the collective demand is a,so not resulting in a favourable response. I think 2 issues could be [1] getting a best time slot [2] availability of rakes. A full fledged train will at least require 15 coaches and these trains run now with 6 rakes !!!

yes....that is also an issue especially for a long dist train crossing key stations like VSKP, BZA, MAS etc
