There should be distinctive livery for every type of train. Currently all trains using LHB rake has same livery irrespective of the train type. Now only Duranto, Shatabdi,Janshatabdi , DD and Garib Rath trains have permanent distinctive livery. Please reserve the original LHB colour of Orange and Grey for Rajadhanis only. Lets have unique coloring schemes for Super-fasts, normal Mail/Exp, Passenger, EMUs, MEMUs, DMUs and Rail buses separately. Recently I saw a Premium AC Train (04425 KCVL-NZM ACSF of 06-06-2016) with funny looking muti-colour rake with some old Rajdhani coaches, some Duranto coaches, one power car (EoG) of Shatabdi on one end and another that of Garib Rath on the other end.... the marshalling yard coaching supervisors seem to be totally insensitive to look of a Premium train ! Also the blue livery of ICF rakes have become boring too. Time to change.

Re# 1919547-1
the issue is the shortage of coaches for each class... suppose u hv one 3AC LHB coach due for maintenance in Red Grey Raj livery and u dnt hv any other PHoed or other 3AC coach available in Grey Red livery but is available in duronto livery... u wl attach that... for the sake of livery u cant make the train with one 3AC coach...its just not feasible..
Hence ur idea is good but not practical feasible...

I do know its usually due to shortage of coaches.....but a sincere effort has to be made to have same livery wherever and whenever possible. For instance I have been seeing a Janshatabdi (12081 CAN-TVC) for some time with a ordinary WGSCZ coach instead of 2S Jan Chair Car but another Day Express running with a Jan Chair Car (2S) on the same section. Coaching staff could have tried to swap these. Unique livery should be tried for at least in the Super fast segment.

Sir mainly this irregularities in livery arrangements is seen in NR.
Its famous for swapping new coaches and replacing them with old crap one and I totally agree with u that different category trains should have different livery.
10 yrs back one can simply identify a Rajdhani express by its unique livery but now a days untill one sees a train board it can't be distinguish that it is Rajdhani, duronto or an ac express.
