I booked my ticket from Bathinda to New delhi from Punjab Mail in general quota and that was W/L 26 and it was still W/L 26 before 5-6 hour before train departure ,so I again booked my ticket in Tatkal quota and that was W/L 1 and when the chart was prepared my both ticket were confirmed .
Is this situation good ,I lost my amount and i cant so anything. Please suggest.

You can't do anything now, since the chart is prepared. You can file a TDR for your GNWL ticket as passenger not travelled. However,am not sure of the latest rule regarding this.
Sir, You need to file TDR on your GNWL ticket within 2 hours of the scheduled departure of the train, stating the reason as Passenger not traveled. After 2 hours you can do nothing.
But in case when we file the TDR and put Passenger not traveled IR not refund anything because it seems passenger mistake.
