Do you think Indian Railway fare should be charged per kilometer bases and not kilometer slabs.

I mean if we want to go from LKO to JP amd the train run via BE-DLI-AWR but the shortest distance between LKO-JP is via CNB-AF the passanger who are travelling from directly JP-LKO than the fare dhould be based on via AF r I ute bcz this is not the passanger fault that train runs via DLI or run by BE-UMB -RE route.
