Railway Board sanctions issue of unreserved second class tickets at SF Mail/Express fares to travel by Suvidha/Tatkal fare specials operated with lie over rakes, having GS/SLR coaches.
Ironically, saw booking counter staff @ TCR railway station refusing to issue general tickets to travel by GIM - TEN Special fare special yesterday, despite this order coming into force!
