On one side PM is speaking big things like digital India, on the other side IRCTC decreses cap from 10 to 6 tickets in a month.
Isn't it a high time now to raise the cap to atleast 20 per month or even more than that. This certainly is a hassle to those families on a long distance journeys during vacations. So Cap should be increased to:
