Ideally, 12402 shall overtake 12554 at GZB. Unfortunately that does not happen. That way 12554 could not get delayed.
MGS - PNBE - IPR priority is already quite clear these days :)
ALJN right time ho jayegi toh apne aap CNB and ALD right time ho jayegi.
