The reason I have given (railway authorities in league with coolies) is the precise reason why RNC Raj is allowed to enter NDLS before BSP Raj though its arrival time is later than Bilaspur Raj. Another reason may be that elections are due in UP. So railways does not want to make the people of UP / Bihar / Jharkhand angry. So the lollipop of Ranchi Raj overtaking Bilaspur Rajdhani. The passengers of Ranchi Rajdhani will be a happy lot. Bilaspur Rajdhani ka kya hain intezaar karake rakho. Koi MP / MLA kuch nahi bolega. If you listen to the parliament questions asked by MP's from UP and of course Bihar, you will find that 5 out of 10 questions are regarding railways. In contrast I have not heard a single question regarding railways from any MP from Chhattisgarh. So even if Bilaspur Rajdhani is neglected it will not be taken...

up with the authorities. On the other hand if Ranchi Rajdhani is delayed for 3 consecutive days, it will be taken up with the Railway Board by the elected public representatives. So NR is on its toes regarding prestigious trains like Rajdhani from UP / Bihar.
