What does it mean by journey class reallocated?
How will the passenger get refund, if the class is downgraded to 3A?
If its downgraded to 3A from 2A? why the coach still shows A1?

Maybe a 3A coach has been named as A1 . Similar situation happened with me in 2011 when a 3A coach was used in place of 2A in 12175 Chambal Exp

Actually my ticket was in 3A & to my surprise my seat was in A1 . I thought it was an upgradation but the A1 coach was an AC 3 tier .
Refund can be claimed by filing TDR
