Yes, the problem with this train is not the WCAM-3. The slack given and schedule, but only in DN direction. UP schedule is excellent and neither it need a loco change nor a schedule change.

I dont think Loco is restricting the speed of 12111/2. As stated by many IRIans here, TT has to be revised. Even if IR decides to change the loco, it will be WAP4 (BSL) which is more than enough for this train.
