A 4-wheeler caboose... Is there any criteria for allotng 4 wheeler caboose or 8 wheeler caboose or does this does random..???

8 wheeler caboose are used higher speed freight like concor rakes. Limited to 100kmph. Rest freight are given 4 wheeler caboose.

Riding comfort in 8 wheeler caboose is higher than 4 wheeler,because of suspension technology used.beside this in both type lavatory is not provided. How gaurd manage this,is still a question .
