I imagine what they say.. They say Coaches heavy hotey h isliye high speed ni le ja saktey,, Talgo is lighter in weight so can touch high speed on same tracks.. Then question comes Does your locos are lighter then talgos coaches?? Touching tht speed witj heavy weight.. Wdp4 is such a heavy loco its touching 170/hr. Why cant it do it with lhb. Is lhb longer then talgo coaches is the reason?! Totaly messy.
