02395 follows 12817 TT. It was Rt at mgs as expected. 12873 which arrived car at 3:32 (32 kms post mgs) reached ald at 6:45 whereas 02395 at 6:02. A regular train was unable to ot a SPL which left 45 mins before 12873 in a stretch of 630 kms approx. Two things are clear
1) 12873 ki koi aukaat nahin ( may be harsh) but shaayad yeh sirf baaki se ot hone ke liye hi hain, ot karne ke liye nahin as it could have easily ot 02395.

12873 has no priority is well known and 02395 has RUNS EXTENDED TILL 9TH AUGUST. I hardly find any difference b/w 12187/02395 both are late equally.
12873/74 should b suspended..as it has no value in NCR. 12817/18 n 02395/96 ko thodi bahut ijat mil hi jati hai. Aur 02395 se jyada 12817 ka schedule tight hai aur islea jyada late hoti hai aur slack to ncr me hai hi nahi.
