Better arrest that guy who was in this act on cameras. Its very simple ..
No body is noticing that the person dead was from bihar , the persons who burnt coaches were from bihar or kya pata bahar se bhi ho., the public who faced prblms were feom bihar too (other states too) , the railway employees who felt prblms were from bihaar too , the railway station is from bihar region too and much more ..so i think arresting and making them realise...

Why making other ppl who are innocent and are not unvolved in this matter suffer. Thats the point ..

But results of a bad action is too harsh and unbelievable pain prevails from a bad act ..
Understand the situation. .
What if a person who has his life and its family lives dependent on railways and is daily labour.
If due to this act (urs idea) suffers and forced by situation to beg or do wrong act like stealing things for having food to his family ..
