Is Arriving RT at Howrah all depending on luck ?
Has been alloted more than 2 hours to cover KGP HWH but still stuggling to enter HWH on time.
Is it SRC where the congestion lies or HWH ?
Today it departed BZN at 21.43 as per NTES but still failed to reach RT at HWH. Arrived 15 minutes late.

Yeah you I was actually expecting a reply like your one from the officials. I have also posted a similar grievance to SWR for this trains bad punctuality at VSG but still status is 'Under Process'.
I also agree that punctuality at HWH is much better than its punctuality at VSG for this train. But past few days punctuality at VSG is also improving.
