At least 10 compartments of this train should be run up to VSKP to provide hundreds of bengali passengers of VSKP . At present they travel by FALAKNUMA EXPRESS.The VSKP portion can be detached at KUR and run as separate train from KUR to VSKP.In the return direction , it can start at 5.00 at VSKP to reach KUR at 12.15 to be attached to DHAULI exp to run up to HWH. That will reduce pressure on FALAKNUMA EXP.

If u say Bengali's then they need a over night train to kolkatta rather then a day train. The present vskp shalimar exp should be made a daily train with general quota up to kurdha road. The present vskp digha exp can be clubbed with the train for a day digha portion can be cancelled. Even the timings should be changed to leave vskp at 1600-1700 hrs with running time of 14 hrs.
