netcorner2009 178 blog postsi booked a chair car ticket for my friends in train no 12202 garib rath from srr to pnvl but unfortunately train was cancelled the station master told that ticket amount will be refunded automatically but still i didnt get any amount WHAT SHAL I DO
Nothing (normally) comes automatically in such a case.
If an E-ticket, file a TDR with proper reason and if counter or I-ticket, cancel it with explanation to the counter clerk that you must get full refund.
