Talgo Effect!! Saurashtra Express Rescheduled to leave BCT at 11:30 am

Don't know the actual reason why they rescheduled the Departure Also many Trains are Cancelled like Bandra Vapi Passenger and Bandra Surat InterCity
I don't think it is due to Talgo. Because of some other reason they are cancelling up trains
It's not Talgo effect first get correct info then post here such wrong info
