I think DFC is the only solution. Galti to politicians ki bhi hai, bolte hai ki route saturated hai phir specials bhi usi route se chalate hai aur new trains bhi usi route se introduce krte hai.
Even some north bihar trains to delhi could be diverted via MB.

The need is, some of the unbiased controllers in NCR which could help trains run in a sequence.
Disturbing the sequence even effects the trains behind is some ways.
Hope the 130 mps trains gets a change in schedule in taag 2016 so that they run back to back and even do not disturb the 110 mps trains.
