Any one can move to court for an order to run the train no.6528 on daily basis ? is it possibe ?

if a person goes to court for increasing the frequency of a train (for any train), the courts will be overflowing with cases. They will not entertain this because this will give scope for other trains - PILs will not be encouraged on this matter - since it is a technical issue and not whims and fancies of court order.
You can apply for RTI info and get some informatioin about any possibility. check with indianrailways.gov. in for more info abuot RTI. thanks

I do not think the Courts have jurisdiction to deal in such matters. Such types of demands / desires can be fulfilled only by pursuing with the Zonal Rly officers and IR officers by strong representation. Signature drive is one best option for speedy attention of the Rly Departments.
One can get info under RTI but plz remember that RTI enables securing info which is in public domain. Info of which is at planning stage or feasibility stage of IR for intro of new / extension of trains is not info at all and hence not available even under RTI.

if we cannot approach court for the same . What practical solution we can do for the same ? Next Railway budget is on the anvil...Representation to MP/ Minsiters is a solution ? i know carmelarm stop sactioned due to a strong pressure from IT people of Bangalore though a strong Railway Official in Railway, Delhi.. We dont have a Lalu from Kerla ... That is the Problem. Private Bus Lobby is Very Strong. We can do some representation thogh Mr. Raghavan, MP From Calicut ?..
Mr. E.Ahamed, Minister of State for Railways still cannot do anything to make it a daily train to Bangalore, it shows there are some vested interests in the Railways who want to support the private bus lobby ans block this move. Matters regarding train services, halts etc, are not decided in the Indian Railways according to passenger convenience, but some other hidden interests or motives.
Shall we approach Mr. Raghavan, MP from Calicut for the same ?
We have decided to appraoch Ms Sonia Gandhi for running the train on Daily Basis ...
