if your are staying there,give us update about about condition,bedding etc
i think jhansi has online booking facility of RR,so if u have PNR,then u should book it through IRCTC,you may not given room if you go there directly
Actually mai utsarg express me reservation se aaya tha Kanpur tk ab mai jhansi ja rha hu GKP-YPR weekly me general me, to pnr jhansi se related nhi h
