End to end trains are always bit discriminatory. Last minute travellers who may not be aware f these rules are penalized if they try to board or deboard at tech halts. I have seen tte at mgs fining people who are nt aware of such rules. So very good move. Next I would love to see minimum distance rules of say 480 kms in Poorva Kalka go away.

No. He meant to say when passengers deboard SK with PNBE - MGS tickets, TTEs fine them as SK is commercially non stop between PNBE and NDLS.
