btw it seems saharsa tharbitia section will be going under mega block from oct for GC. Lets see how many years it takes to finally resume services on this section post that. Current plan is to open section by March 18 .

हाँ रेलवे मेगा ब्लॉक को लेने वाली हैं और इसका वहाँ विरोध भी हो रहा है। फारबिसंगज राघोपुर की हालत देख लोग बस यही कह रहे हैं, यह बस पूरे रेल खंड को बंद करने की कोशिश हैं।लोगो की कहना हैं की रेलवे किसी तरह इस रेल खंड से छूटकारा चाहती हैं। जब रेलवे फारबिसंगज-राघोपुर नही बना पा रहीं। तो क्या भरोसा जिस खंड पर रेल यातायात चालू हैं, उसे बनायेंगी।

yes, even i fell railway wants to take mega block only to stop services. Further it will free one platform at Saharsa and help in removing the bottle neck. to me this seems to be the main objective.

Any possibilities of Darbhanga-Delhi trains vis this route in near future

possibility was always there via bettiah as well, but guess Sonepur division has more hold than SPJ division, so only time will tell.
