need help. i have booked 4 tickets .. Coimbatore to mangalore west coast express sleeper class . journey will be on Friday. one of my friend not able to come for the trip. so now i want to cancel one ticket from the 4 tickets.. how to do? how much will be the refund?
If booked from PRS then visit PRS and fill form with name of passenger who is not travelling and submit. The Clerk will issue new ticket minus indicated passenger with refund applicable.
If it's a eTicket log in and select booking history and select PNR which you want to cancel and then select passenger who is not travelling.

okay. thank you. its eticket. will i get new message with 3tickets. ? or have to generate new ticket and take printouts?
You will get SmS but nothing to worry Old Printout or Old SmS all are valid as PNR is valid.
