For RailFans, seeing RAC-1/2/3 in Mumbai-UP Trains is more exciting than Election Results - rdb

I have concerns with regards to the hygiene maintained on the coach of this train. Not sure if this is the right forum to raise this concern, however let me go further. Yesterday morning I boarded this train from SC till SHM. In my entire journey, it was observed that although the sanitation staff were cleaning the train coach floors, however the field rats were found to be moving on the floor. Moreover each toilet of the coaches were stinking as if not being cleaned for ages. Further the dustbins of the coaches were not cleaned on a regular basis, resulting the filth and garbage overflowing. In simple words the hygiene stands of the coaches of this train has been degraded. I request the SCR authorities to keep a note of this and do the needful on the same.
