Dear Sir/Madam,
We had placed a service request on 29th July 2016 with Eureka Forbes for changing the candle of my Aquasure Ivory Water Purifier. This was our routine service request for changing the Candle in the water purifier periodically. The service request was allotted to Reddys Services Technician Mr. Pandu Rang Tawar - 9146640474 vide Service request no. 0088446661. Accordingly on 30th July 2016, Mr Pandu Rang Tawar changed the candle and then asked us to drain the water. Then he collected Rs 925 (Candle 525 + Service Charges 400) and left and asked us to call back if there was any problem. First of all, why you are posting all this here!!! second, nobody in Eureka Forbes will do anything, you will just get blind rhetoric from them that your circuit will be replaced in coming 1-2 days but nothing will happen. If you want real justice then file a case in Consumer forum against Eureka forbes and that specific technician.
