who told u that HA not avilable in lhb POORVA EXP has HA coach with lhb
aap kabhi jaa k dekh lo lhb me bhi First AC cum AC 2 Tier (HA) coach hote hai.
actually sir mere zone taraf bilaspur bikaner hi ek lhb train h, usme 1st AC nhi h.
aur mere puchne ka main reason ye tha ki maine kisi blog me hi padha tha ki lhb me HA1 nhi hota.
