Tax lagane ke pahle bridge banane me kitna cost aya, kitna extra cost construction me delay ke karan badha aur ye cost vasoolne ke liye time period kya tay hua hai ye sab information railway ko public me share karna chahiye.. Warna is issue par court me case jaroor hoga railway ke khilaaf
