Bcoz according to the provided screen shoot, when the ticket was booked it was a confirm ticket and now it's showing NOSB and second, NOSB is only for children having age limit 5-11. Here the passenger given NOSB is 70 yrs old which can happenonly bcoz of some error.

NC means "no choice''.Means the seat choice provided is not available so any any other available Berth has been assigned. But what the hell this NOBS/NC means!!!
