Many of them have come and slowly picked up the language. It is a challenge no doubt. Quite surprisingly many notifications of sspecail trains etc are predominantly in English & Malayalam hence many people are unaware. These people hardly have any clue on which are the gen coaches and reserved coaches.
Recently SR [TVC division] conducted a special drive to weed out ticketless travellers and passengers travelling in sl coaches with gen tickets and it was no surprise that they started of the raid with TVC-GHY express
