I would like to correct some details
12685 was never into picture of LHB.. There were repeated news about idle rake at BBQ. But it was not meant for 12685. Initial rake was of NZM-tvc express, then there was news that it will be given to TVC Mail. But in end, one fine day, ADRM PGT tweeted that 12685 will be running with LHB. There was no RB approval news or any other related to 85, it came as surprise/shock..
TVC Mail news came long before Pandiyan.. It was in hindi...
