I think if it gets LHB then it will benefit other trains also
Because this train has huge priority meaning LHB trains will trail it even if this is ICF.
In this scenario, If this train gets lhb then it can be speeded up which will clear section for other trains and they will also run fast.

When train already high on priority, its no use of LHB...
KOAA-ANVT Exp with low priority may clear section better with LHB & certainly would benefit freight traffic whch eventually will benefit passenger traffic!!
