What you are expecting from this train having total journey of 2561Kms from one side in between just it has been diverted via -DNR-PPTA-HJP-BJU-BGS- route of 130Kms with same schedule at MGS and BGS i.e. having same arrival departure time at these station only PNBE is removed from it's old time table so you can't consider weather within just 130Kms diverted route has been degraded it's speed remaining 2561-130=2431Kms also matter 130Kms is nothing in front of 2431Kms also via PNBE route distance was more 6Kms.
Due to overload at PNBE many trains has been diverted/changed their terminating originating station from PNBE,DNR and RJPB.
