I have a ticket from LTT to hatia in 12811 in sept2016. But i want to board this train from Kalyan instead. So, will the TTE wait till Kalyan or will he allott my seat to other? It is a Blank Paper Ticket so, I don't think BP can be changed.
Second option is get down from local at Kurla and then travel to LTT. Is it safe b/w CLA to LTT after 10 pm.

You can change the boarding point once by giving a written application at any prs
Is it possible in BPT? My ticket is Udupi to Hatia with break journey at LTT. First leg is by Matsyagandha express and second by LTT-HTE SF and matsyagandha doesn't go to Kalyan so I doubt my BP of second leg can be changed.
Yes , u can get the boarding point of 12811 changed to kalyan before charting by visiting the prs counter
