I hav read somewhere that there is a direct FOB or something like that connecting LTT to Tilak nagar suburban railway station. Is it safe to use that route from tilak nagar to ltt around 9pm?
There is no fob as such.. but there is a pathway from tilak nagar to ltt.. it is safe at 9 pm but you may see beggars n unauth vendors alongside the pathway..

Thanks for the answer, but now i don't need to go to LTT. Changed boarding point to Kalyan.
