Had a miserable journey by 16128 from ERS to QLN last night. Got reservation in D1(as SL & 3A were full by the time I booked). Though the coach was close to S4, it resembled GS by the time train arrived @ ERS. Worse still, the Unreserved passengers occupying our seats kept arguing that the coach is 'General' & hence there is no reservation. Naturally, there was no TTE/RPF in sight, either.
Tried complaining to DRM/TVC, Sr. DCM/TVC, Rail Min, RM via Twitter; but that too didn't work since the time was past midnight. Anyway, got an assurance from DRM/TVC today morning that they will ensure that such situation is not repeated in 16128 in future.

only saving grace was the great run by the train from ERS to QLN. Though it left ERS 34 minutes late @ 2359(all thanks to an IRCTC tourist train which left just ahead), it arrived QLN @ 0229. 2h 31 minutes to cover 141 km with 5 stoppages(and couple of crossings) is simply great.
