ECoR should pay priority to electrify Jharsuguda-Angul route so that ROU-BBS intercity would be hauled by an E-locomotive. Then an aggressive schedule may be designed to upgrade this train to a super-fast one...

I am also surprised with regard to the new nimbering system. The railways did not have numbers hence used to prefix 1 before the previous numbers [ that was the explanation given earlier] and here you have new numbering type.
But overall it seems that new time table will have quite a few trains upgraded to superfast. Good source of additional income for rly.
