rshbaggarwal283~ 758 blog postsI have a train ticket from Kalyan to Hyderabad in Hussainsagar Express. But now I want to board the train from CSTM . Shall I board it at CSTM without any changes to my ticket or are any changes required in my ticket ? Please suggest.

I understand that, but I had done for myself earlier in DR-MS Superfast. We had booked from KYN, but few days before journey we had many baggage so we decided to board from starting station itself; i.e from Dadar.
All i had to do was approach the station master at DR (originating place) and provide him the ticket and a written letter undersigned by the passenger who is traveling.
He will acknowledge and give a slip, which we need to present at the PRS counter at DR along with fare difference. Boarding...
