I was not able to enter a full name while booking in IRCTC, the name had 16 characters, how to fill in the name?

Normally there is no problem, but the TTEs ( not all) are in search of an easy prey and this rule of entering full name is new, so many don't know it, though at PRS it is written and the clerks also ask to write full name. Taking the advantage of this new possibly unknown rule TTE can mess with the passenger and the traveller would not want this mess and frustration of proving their identity during thier journey.
