From 8am the irctc.co.in site does not open so easily and what action is going to be contemplated to improve the same. When I open and by the time I get success, almost 75% of the tickets are sold under tatakl, If it is genuine or some hawkers involved in tandem with railway officials?-regards vaidya tirupati
