kharagpur-villupuram express.. this train i feel is na idhar na udhar ka.
no hwh, no mas and no pondicherry(40 km to villupuram)
bet this train will be the firt to be extended in next budget. :)

Even i too dont know. But its going to run via Thiruvannamalai where where less train available. These 2 villupuram train reach at 23:00 hrs and stays there at night and morning 10:40 am they start their journey back. So its going to stay at that station for about 12 hrs.
but still dont think this train will find patronage if starting from villupuram..may be extension to madurai/rmm etc might help...will be filled when travelling by andra as u said.
Wait for introduction, i dont know about villupuran to Tpty
But from TPTY -KGP tickets will be booked in minutes once it becomes popular....
Even a good train from tpty to Bharampur.
Bro if anyone want to do journey he will do. If he is from Pondicherry 40 kms, if from Tiruchy 177 kms and don't mind Villupuram is a District Headquarters.
Let the train roll 1st and every train will find some patronage. Also, a town/village will develop automatically when it gets rail/road connectivity.
