hi, on train 16346 Netravati Express, i have booked 5 seats on 3AC and the bookings are on waiting list 9-13 currently and when i booked this today morning which is 120 days in advance, the waiting list was 22-26. is there any RAC on 3AC or this will directly move to confirmed seat.
