My brother boarded this train from NDLS yesterday and today when I went to receive him at Raipur junction, as I entered the coach toilet was smelling bad, and the main thing by which I was shocked is that mouse where jumping from side upper seats to ground.
And when my brother asked the attender to bring complain book then attender said that complain book is not available in this train.
