Patliputra station se sabhi metro cities ke liye train hai but KOLKATA ke liye koi train nahi. Gorakhpur se Kolkata ke liye Train chalni chahiye via Deoria - Siwan - chhapra - Patliputra - Patna - Gaya - Koderma - dhanbad - Asansol - Burdhwan - Kolkata. It will be a profitable route.

DBG KOAA/HWH is ECR train
RXL HWH & SMI KOAA has less TAT for extension.

फ़िलहाल दीघा घाट से पाटलिपुत्र-सोनपुर रेल लाइन की कनेक्टिविटी नही है। अगर इसे कनेक्ट कर दिया जाये तो जो मैंने कहा है वो बिलकुल संभव है।
दीघा घाट और पाटलिपुत्र-सोनपुर लाइन की दुरी(लगभग 1km) भी काफी कम है। रेलवे चाहे तो FCI godown के बगल से ट्रैक बिछा के पाटलिपुत्र-सोनपुर खंड में जोड़ सकती है।

Route thoda lambaa hai, loco reversal problem hai but feasible hai aur acchi patronage bhi mil jaayegi.
