Railway board chairman, Mr. A.K Mittal is the brain behind such things. Even in past during Rail minister Bansal's tenure he'd mooted Premium Trains which later got converted into Suvidha name & now that same Suvidha type fares are been forced upon Rajdhani, Duronto & Shatabdi trains.
