for every zone there should be 4-5 atlas monitors, only they should be allowed to make atlas updt for that zone..
they should do upddate only after seeing valid proof

haan local info jiske pass hogi wohi update ker sakta hai correct data.. ab koi person bangalore me hai usko kya pata ki katihar me kya kaam ho raha hai.. katihar ka update katihar ya aas pass ka member hi de sakta hai
Pure IR me 69 Division hai to itne Atlas monitor kaha se layenge. Per Zone appoint kiya ja sakta hai or waisi member ko kerna chahiye jise us zone k routes ki full or latest info hai.
बैंगलोर में बैठा आदमी भी कटिहार का अपडेट कर सकता है लेकिंन अपना TL काउंट बढाने का चक्कर कहिये या अपडेट पर आँख मूँद कर भरोसा करना ये सब के कारण गलत अपडेट होते हैं.
