Now from Dec 2016 IR n IRCTC decided to make adhar number compulsory for ticket booking thru IRCTC site and now its optional but from Dec it will be needed to book any ticket and for this changes in IRCTC systems is being started and it will stop kalabazari of rail tickets

ha magar abhi bhi aise bahut hai jinke paas adhar nai hai or isme jadatar log rural areas k hai
Rural kam tribal jada log who dont travel. Cash subsidy DBT ke karan sab ne banwa liya hai
