It happens sometimes in normal seasons also.I saw similar thing in last winter when I was traveling in ndls-bbs Rjdhni via Adra.My train got unscheduled halt at ald(running approx 2¾ hours late) and I was shocked to see almost all Trains running 10+ hours late including Vikramshila.Somehow my train covered some delay between adra-Cuttack.
