Since Charlapalli has been selected as the satellite terminal station for Hyderabad, I have nothing to say about that. But as an optimistic guy, I wish to have terminal at HTCY with all the ONT trains coming from corners of twin states like TPTY, BZA, VSKP etc terminating here and long distance trains continuing their usual business from SC.
Yeah, SNF is the correct option.
Long back there was a proposal too, by shifting goods yard to Nagulapalli and making Sanathnagar a new passenger terminal. But it's still on papers.

Sir, railways has asked the state government some land near HTCY, but state government has not responded properly.
